Tournament Betting: The simplest form to bet on golf is choosing the winner of a tournament. Allow us to provide Money Lines for several individual golfers, as well as an option for betting on the “field” (all other participants), each with different odds.
For instance, Rory McIlroy might be listed at 2-1, Bubba Watson at 25-1, and Tommy Fleetwood at 100-1. If you place a $10 bet on Watson at 25-1 and he wins the tournament, you would earn $250 in winnings plus your original $10 stake, resulting in a total payout of $260.

Matchup Propositions: A popular golf betting option is matchup propositions, where two golfers are paired in a head-to-head wager with a betting line set for each golfer. The golfer with the better (lower) score wins the matchup. If one golfer advances in the tournament while the other misses the cut, the golfer who continues to play automatically wins the matchup.
For example, if a matchup pits Bubba Watson (-125) against Rickie Fowler (+105), and you bet $125 on the favored Watson, you would win $100 plus your original $125 stake, for a total payout of $225. Conversely, if you bet $100 on the underdog Fowler, you would win $105 plus your $100 stake, totaling $205.

Group Propositions: This betting format involves one golfer competing against a group of two or more others. For instance, Rory McIlroy might be matched up against Bubba Watson, Jason Day, and Jordan Spieth. The winner is determined by which golfer in the entire group has the lowest score.
For your bet to be valid (“action”), the golfer you bet on must tee off in the tournament. If a golfer does not start, the bet is generally considered “no action,” and your wager is refunded. In head-to-head matchups and group propositions, all involved golfers must tee off for the bet to be valid.
